1. What is Alizoh Couture?
Alizoh Couture is a premium online boutique offering elegant, trend-forward fashion pieces crafted for confident and stylish individuals. From everyday glam to special occasion wear, we’ve got you covered.
2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, choose your items, select the correct size and quantity, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to the cart page and proceed to checkout.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

5. Do you ship internationally?
No.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at care.alizoh@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the item. We'll make it right ASAP.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or through our Track Order page.
9. Do you offer custom sizing or tailoring?
At the moment, we do not offer custom sizing, but our sizing chart helps you choose the perfect fit. If you have questions, reach out — we’re happy to help!
